Thinking of making changes to your home? You must get written permission from us before making alterations or modifications to your home such as fitting a bathroom suite, laying a driveway or adding a porch. In some circumstances you may also need planning or Building Regulation approval.
You can let us know by completing the alterations & improvements form here and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible. Depending on your request we may need a technical surveyor to visit your home to make sure the changes can be made so please don’t start any work until we have been in touch.
