Our Customer Hub can be contacted between 8AM – 5PM (Monday to Friday) for both emergency repairs and housing enquiries.


Our office is closed to visitors unless you have an agreed appointment with a named member of staff. Please do not just turn up as there may not be anyone available to help you with your enquiry.

We are aware that residents are occasionally contacted without their permission via cold calling.

While we regret that we have no control over this, we can assure you that we take data privacy very seriously and would never share any information without your permission.

The only information we would ask you for when contacting you would be your names, address, DOB and telephone number. In some cases, we may also ask for your National Insurance number.

We would never ask for bank account details, passwords or other such sensitive information, nor would we ask you to pay a courier in cash or request remote access to your computer/mobile/tablet.
