We are a community led enterprise with a big ambition. It is to make sure as many people who need a good home in our area can have one; to help them be part of a successful, thriving community; and to help make living in their homes as easy as possible.
By 2022 we will have built 450 new homes and helped create a wide range of new initiatives to increase opportunities and foster well-being. We will also have creatively used our resources to deliver the services our tenants and customers need, to the standard they require.

Where we are
We are based in Llantarnam which means we have close links to the M4 at Newport. There is a regular bus service and train station nearby.
