Ending Your Contract

If you want to leave your home, you must give us at least four weeks written notice. Your keys, including keys to communal areas and door entry fobs, should be handed in to our office in Llantarnam by 12pm on this day. Your rent is payable until the last day of your contract and if you hand your keys back after 12pm, you will be charged a daily rent charge until the keys are returned. When you hand your keys in, you will sign a key receipt. We will give you a copy.
