Safety checks
The importance of these safety checks cannot be emphasized enough, and to ensure their efficiency and thoroughness, we sometimes collaborate with our trusted specialist partners.
Rest assured that when it’s time for your home’s safety check, either a dedicated member from our team or one of our reliable partners will reach out to you promptly to arrange a suitable appointment. On the scheduled day, all you need to do is grant us access to your home, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Turning taps off and supervising children when using the bath are what usually come to mind. But, there are areas of water safety that we don’t often think about, things like legionella.
We carry out risk assessments on the water systems in our buildings to make sure the water supply is safe. If these assessments identify a risk, we will either remove that risk or carry out a regular programme to control it. This could include regularly cleaning tanks and testing water samples.
