- You are reporting Anti-Social Behaviour, such as a Noise Complaint.
- You are reporting a defect.
- It’s about a personal injury or being dealt with by our insurers.
- The matter is being dealt with by another statutory body (e.g. Torfaen County Council https://www.torfaen.gov.uk or the Police Authority https://www.gwent.police.uk/)
