If you live in a flat and decide to change your utility provider or fit a phone line etc. you will need to give the engineer access to your meter cupboard. If you can’t find your meter cupboard key we can arrange to give access to the engineer.
We run an appointment booking system and need five working days notice. You will need to follow the steps below:
- Arrange a slot with the engineer (e.g. Sky, BT). The slot must fall within 08:00 – 15:00 Monday – Friday (except bank holidays and Christmas shutdown).
- Fill in the booking form on our contact page here, and we will arrange to open the cupboard for the engineer.
