What do we do?

We can help anyone who:
- Has a permanent and substantial disability, and
- Has difficulty accessing different parts of their home or community
- Is registered as the contract holder or an occupant of the home in which they are having difficulties
Our team can recommend equipment and adaptations, which may help you to access your home and carry out day to day activities.
Torfaen County Borough Council are responsible for your waste and recycling service.
If your refuse or recycling bin has been lost or stolen you can request a new one. There is a charge for a new purple lidded bin, however all other items are available free of charge. You can request as many black boxes, nets or blue bags as you need.
