Verena has 28 years of experience in the social housing sector, including over ten years at executive level. She has been with Selwood Housing since 2002 and has held various roles, transforming each area of responsibility. She has been in the role of Executive Director of Housing and Operations since 2020, leading teams in delivering social housing services and strategic asset management for approximately 7,200 homes and 16,000 customers. Verena is a board member of Mount Green Housing Association and served as Chair of Trowbridge Futures for over ten years.
