That’s why you may be contacted over the next few weeks by our research partners, who will invite you to complete a short survey.
This will be in one of two ways:
- By email through a company called Maru. The email address they will use for the survey is: [email protected]
- By phone through PFA Research. The phone number will begin: 01326
All of your responses will be completely anonymous and confidential and will remain secure with PFA Research, who must comply with our privacy notice. The survey is not about individual profiling or labelling, but about helping us better understand customers’ needs so we can improve how we design and deliver our services.
As a thank you, everyone who completes the survey will receive a £5 digital Amazon voucher. Vouchers will be sent directly by the research agency at the end of the survey period.
If you are contacted, please be reassured that this is a genuine survey carried out on our behalf.
You can find a list of questions and answers about the survey here.
We want to improve our services for our customers. By understanding our customers, we can create a service that meets their needs.
We want to:
- Understand who our customers are
- Make sure we are meeting the needs of our customers by improving our services
- Get an understanding of how satisfied you are as a Bron Afon customer
- Give customers an opportunity to take part work with us
Some questions may feel personal, for example, ones around literacy and digital skills. The answers we get will help us to create services that customers tell us they actually want and need.
Your responses will not be linked to your tenancy records and will not impact on your tenancy of the day-to-day service you currently receive from us.
No. If you don’t want to take part, you don’t have to. It would be helpful if as many customers as possible do the survey for us as it will help us improve our services.
