Gas Servicing & Safety.
We visit all homes with gas pipework or gas appliances at least once a year to check they are safe to use. This page explains what to do in an emergency, how we help keep your homes safe and what your responsibilities are.
Condensation, Damp & Mould.
Condensation forms when the air indoors can’t hold any more moisture and it can cause mould. Mould looks like small black, grey or green spots on the wall or on other surfaces in your home.
