We have a vision for over 60s independent living in Llanyrafon and would like to share our plans with you before we send them for approval.

Our vision for over 60s living is designed for residents who are physically independent and like the idea of living in a building with people of similar ages. It’s for people who want to live as part of a community and have access to communal and shared spaces as well as their own privacy.
