Bron Afon Annual Report & Financial Statements 2024/25
We’d like to thank our members who were able to join us online for our 2024-25 Annual Members Meeting. The AMM reminded us of what we can achieve when we work together.
Our chair of the Board, Craig Nowell provided an overview of recent achievements and outlined future priorities, including plans to deliver 210 new homes over the next three years. He highlighted the launch of the four-day week pilot, designed to enhance employee wellbeing, the rollout of a digital roadmap to improve efficiency and decision-making, and the transition to a unified pension scheme that reduces financial risk for Bron Afon. He also talked about how Bron Afon is responding to WHQS23, highlighting the importance of working together with other organisations and the Welsh Government to improve housing quality and sustainability.

Our Chief Executive Officer, Alan Brunt said:
“This last year has been a busy one! We’ve had a year of achievements to be proud of, and we have worked hard to strengthen Bron Afon’s organisational foundations.
“Our pipeline for developing new homes, setting our plans for digital change and delivering excellent customer services keep the focus on our corporate strategy ambitions. Our strategies for regeneration, retirement housing and our property management set out our priorities for our vision that everyone should have a place they are proud to call home.
“I’m confident that the strength and collaboration of the Board, Strategic Management Team, and our wider leadership team will ensure Bron Afon builds on these foundations to achieve our goals over the next few years.”
