Our Board members come from a wide variety of backgrounds and bring with them a range of experience, skills and knowledge. They are there to make sure Bron Afon is well run, financially sound, compliant with laws and regulatory requirements and acts in the best interests of our customers, colleagues and communities.
Pathway to Board
Pathway to Board is a short programme that gives people the knowledge and skills to participate on any Board. It is specifically aimed at Black, Asian and minority ethnic people, supporting them to be Board ready
Bron Afon Community Housing Board & Committee

Our Board members operate to the highest standards and follow a Code of Conduct. They have adopted the Code of Governance for the sector. These documents support us to be accountable, open, and always put our customers first. The performance of our Board is also reviewed by our Regulator.
