Celebrating our Best Companies Achievements

We’re proud to announce that last week Bron Afon was officially recognised in the 2025 Best Companies lists. 

Every year we invite all of our colleagues to share their feedback by completing the Best Companies survey which helps us to measure, improve and recognise great workplace engagement at Bron Afon.

We have successfully made it onto Regional, Sector and National lists. 

* Regional (Wales) – we placed 13th 

* Sector (Housing) – we placed 14th  

* National – 74th
