- Your insurance provider details and your policy number
- Details of what happened, where it happened and who was involved
- Details of our driver and our vehicle registration
- Details of any damage to your vehicle (including photos)
- Details of any emergency services involved or Crime Reference number (where applicable)
- Any supporting documents you have available
