Bron Afon has a new CEO
Catherine Love has officially started her new role as CEO at Bron Afon.
She joined Bron Afon in 2019 as Director of Customer Experience and became Executive Director of Operations and Deputy Chief Executive in 2023. Her appointment follows the retirement of the previous chief executive, Alan Brunt. Catherine has experience in housing, customer experience, marketing and communications, including more than a decade in senior leadership.
Catherine Love said:

“I am grateful to Alan Brunt for being a great support to me. We’ve worked well together over the last six years, and I’ve learned a lot from him. I’d like to wish Alan the very best on his retirement.
“My focus is to deliver our ambition to build new homes and excellent services for our customers. I am excited to continue to work with Bron Afon’s fantastic teams and partners to strengthen customer trust and ensure the voices of the people we serve shape the decisions we make every day. I am committed to making a real difference to people’s lives and helping communities thrive”.
