We would love you to get involved with us and share your views on what it feels like to live in a Bron Afon home and use the services we provide.
Get involved with us and make your voice heard!
Your feedback helps us to understand whether we are getting it right and how we can work with you to identify issues and make improvements to our services.
There are lots of ways you can get involved and have your say:
- Leave your feedback if we send you a text message to rate your satisfaction after having a repair or using another of our services.
- Take part in a Customer Survey to tell us what you think about our services You can do this via our 'Your Voice' website.
- Come along to a community pop up event or one of our Talking Shops to talk to us about any housing related issues or questions that you have. We will advertise on social media when we are in your community.
- Join us at a focus group to talk about projects that interest you.
- Help us recruit new colleagues by sitting on our customer interview panels.
- Become a Check and Challenge Team member to evaluate and make suggestions to improve services at a strategic level.
- Become a Board member and help play a role in shaping governance and guiding our operations to make sure Bron Afon acts in the best interests of our customers, colleagues and communities. We will advertise and recruit when there is a vacancy.

How much time do I have to give?
You can be involved in as much or as little as you like – from taking a few minutes to fill out one of our surveys to becoming a member of our one of our focus groups – whatever works for you. You can see how much time is needed to be involved here:
