About Bron Afon
This is where you can find out who we are, what we do, and how our Corporate Strategy and vision guide our business.
Who are we, and what do we do?
We manage and maintain over 8,000 homes across Torfaen. But we do so much more than that. We work hard with our partners to help make a real difference to the lives of people in our communities.

What we're all about.
Providing quality homes in strong, safe communities.
Giving a little extra support to those who need it.
Doing our bit to tackle the housing crisis by building energy efficient, sustainable homes. Listening to our customers and involving them in decisions that affect them.
And one thing is for sure – whether you’re already renting a home from us, are looking to put down roots with your family or are starting a new chapter by yourself, we’re here to help you every step of the way.
Who are Bron Afon?
We are a social housing organisation, owned and run by colleagues and members whose passion is to make a positive difference to people’s lives. We are here to improve the quality of life and life chances of people living in Torfaen and neighbouring communities, with a particular focus on supporting people who face disadvantage and exclusion.
We are so much more than just a housing provider: we help to create employment and development opportunities for local people, and work in collaboration with a wide range of partners to help reduce crime and anti-social behaviour, improve health and well-being and protect the environment.
Our Values
Our values are important to us they guide how we work and were developed with our members, colleagues and partners. You will feel them whenever you are involved with us. They are REAL – Respect, Engage, Ambition, Listen.
