What do I do about any outstanding arrears on my account?

You should pay any money you owe us before your contract end date.  If this is not possible, you will need to contact us here to set up an affordable payment plan.

You can also set up a payment plan on our customer portal, My Bron Afon.  You can register for an account here.

If you are transferring to another one of our properties or carrying out a contract transfer, your move may be postponed until all debts are cleared.
