We currently don’t have a planned investment or budget to provide this. If you are considering doing this yourself, you will have to have all permissions first and cover all associated costs.
Any alterations to a Bron Afon’s home will require our permission and if the works include changes to public footpath and/or access, the contract holder will need to check with the Council if other permissions are required.
Contract holders should be made aware that we would only give permission for them to undertake the alteration to the home if we conclude that the proposed changes do not pose risks to the home and/or the public.
An Alterations and Improvements form will need to be completed by the contract holder seeking alteration to the property, and submitted to our Asset Management Team for them to consider the proposed changes.
