The fire door check is part of a yearly programme we are required to do by law and you will be notified when they’re taking place. We will let you know by letter or e-mail the month we intend to carry out checks in your block. As we have so many fire doors to check, we’re sorry we won’t be able to give you an exact date and time of our visits but we always aim to be with you from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm.
If you are not in when we call, we will leave a calling card to let you know when we’ll be back.
