I’ve had a referral for major adaptations, how long will I have to wait?

If you have made a referral to Torfaen County Borough Council for an Occupational Therapy (OT) assessment and it has been passed to us, we will have added it to our waiting list.

Waiting list times vary on the level of urgency of the referral, with non-urgent referrals taking up to 14 months to action. If you feel that your situation has become worse since your referral, please call our Customer Hub with further information. An OT will call you to discuss your case and provide advice to keep you safe until we can contact you for an assessment
