How do I update my contract details?

You can easily update your contract details by logging into your My Bron Afon account.

From the main menu, choose ‘Your details’ tile.

You will see a list of contract holders and occupants at your home. To update a contact number or email address, simply click on ‘update this person’, make your changes and press ‘submit’.

If you see information that isn’t right you can let us know by clicking on ‘Update contract details’.

Choose the relevant topic from the ‘What needs changing?’ drop down list, give a brief summary and send the form. We’ll do the rest.
