Some minor works do not need an occupational therapy (OT) assessment and can be requested via our Customer Hub team. When you make your request, a referral to Care and Repair will be made for you. They will then contact you to arrange access to your home.
It usually takes them around 30 working days to make contact with you. If you haven’t heard anything after this time, please call them directly on 01495 745948 and they will be able to give you up to date information about your case
