From April 2023 all water charges are being transferred to Welsh Water to collect. This means that we will no longer collect water rates as part of your rent.
You will have received a letter from us about these changes. You should have also received a letter from Welsh Water, followed by your annual water bill in February/March.
If you pay by direct debit you wont need to do anything as the payment will be adjusted as part of the rent increase in March.
If you pay by standing order or manual payment you will need to continue paying as normal until the end of March. You can then adjust your payment from April once you receive your rent increase letter for 2023.
