Can I setup a direct debit?

Yes.  Under ‘Your account’ click on the ‘Set up a direct debit’ tab.  You must agree to be re-directed to our payment provider ‘Allpay’ which will open in a new window.  Once you have set up your direct debit, we need to approve it.  You will then receive a direct debit confirmation letter from Allpay.

Can I see a payment breakdown?

Yes.  On your mini-statement, you’ll see your weekly charge and any payments received.  You can click into each payment to see a breakdown.

What is AllPay?

Allpay is our chosen payment provider and offer electronic payment methods.

Why isn’t my payment showing?

Your payment will show in your account the following afternoon once it’s uploaded to your account.  If you make a payment on the weekend, you won’t see this payment on your account until Monday afternoon.
