The last day of your contract will be four weeks from when you tell us you’re withdrawing from your contract. Your keys should be handed in to our office in Llantarnam by 12pm on this day.
Your rent is payable until this time. If you hand your keys back after 12pm, you will be charged a daily amount.
When you hand your keys in, you will sign a key receipt and we will give you a copy.
