When you become a member you are given a shareholder certificate. The ownership is not about a monetary share, but about being part of the work we do and the difference we make to people’s lives. It also gives you the opportunity to have a say in how we run our services and help us plan for the future.
We have called being part of us and the work we do ‘The Feeling is Mutual’. It’s all about working together using the same aims. Mutual respect. Mutual support. Mutual learning. Mutual goals.
Getting involved doesn’t mean you have to sit in meetings. You can talk to us and share your thoughts on the phone, through email or on social media. We hold events out in the community so you don’t have to travel to our office to talk to us as we come to you.
We want everyone to get involved, so we are available in evenings and weekends to make sure that everyone, even people who couldn’t join in preciously because of work or family commitments has an opportunity to have their say at times that suit them.
If you have any queries about how you can get involved and make a difference please contact us.
