Welcome to our FaceTime and Skype appointment booking page. The form below will let you book a session with one of our Customer Service using either Facetime or Skype. These sessions will let you show us the issue that you are experiencing as it happens. It will help us to deal with your enquiry faster and more accurately.
You will receive a confirmation email from us after submitting your request, this email will outline date and time of your call as well as our Skype Username details.
(Please note: our Customer Service staff will Facetime or Skype with you as close as possible to your appointment, this could be within 15 minutes of your booked appointment time). Keep any relevant documentation nearby in case you need to refer to it, and have a pen and paper ready in case you need to jot down any notes.
In order for us to connect with you on Skype, you will need:
- A computer/laptop/tablet or smart phone with volume control and an in-built microphone
- A webcam (either integrated or external)
- Headphones (Optional)
- A free Skype account. In order for us to connect with you on FaceTime you will need one of the below devices:
- iPhone 4 or later
- iPad 2 or later
- iPad mini (all models)
- iPod touch 4th generation or later (only iPod touch 5th generation supports FaceTime audio calling)
