We hope you’re looking forward to a relaxing, but very different Christmas this year. This is our update on our services and how to contact us from 5pm on Wednesday 23 December until 8am on Monday 4 January.
Our services may change if there are any announcements from the Welsh Government that mean we have to work differently.
Please only use the telephone- 01633 620 111- to contact us from 5pm on Wednesday 23 December until 8am on Monday 4 January. During this time please don’t use social media to contact us.
Our colleagues will only be visiting homes for urgent or emergency jobs. When you chat to us we will let you know if your job is in these categories and if it’s not we will be touch in January to offer you an appointment.
Although Christmas is meant to be happy and joyful, this isn’t how everyone feels at this time of the year. It can be a stressful and depressing time for many people.
Due to Covid-19 this Christmas and New Year is likely to be especially challenging for everyone. We have put together this guide of organisations who offer support over the holidays.
If you use My Bron Afon to check your account the balance won’t update with any payments made from 23 December until 4 January.
Don’t worry, your payments will be safe. The system that refreshes balances will be updated on 4 January when you will see any new payments you made during that time.
My Bron Afon is a brilliant app to manage your account and services with us. Make sure you set up your own account and then download the app to your mobile phone.
We wish you and your loved ones a safe and enjoyable Christmas and New Year.
