Local restrictions are being introduced in Torfaen by the Welsh Government. We hope this update gives you reassuring answers to a few questions that may be on your mind.
The restrictions will come into force at 6pm on Monday 28 September and will be kept under review by the Welsh Government.
We are working hard to keep our services running and following all the guidance to keep your and our colleagues safe.
As long as you (or anyone in your home) is not showing any symptoms of coronavirus or are self-isolating for any reason we are able to visit you following our safety steps- but we also need your support.
Keeping your home safe and in good working order is one of our key jobs as your landlord. Our colleagues are working in a covid-secure way. Some jobs like your annual gas service are essential and we will give you every reassurance about how we will do this safely.
