We are asking our customers to not to travel to our office in Llantarnam. A small team of staff are working in the building but can’t offer services to customers at the moment due the Covid-19 safety restrictions in place.
Mike Rippon, our service lead for customer service, said: “In the last few weeks some customers have popped down thinking that we are open as normal but the building is closed to visitors at the moment. Although, we do have a place where customers can drop off keys.”
“The good news is that we have a brilliant team who can quickly answer queries and help customers without them travelling to Llantarnam. Our website has a Live Chat box where you can be talking to us in seconds, you can do a range of things using your My Bron Afon app or you can pick up the phone.
“So although our customer hub team can’t see you face-to-face right now we can still give you any help you need so please use one of the many ways to easily contact us.”
