We had a quick question and answer session with Louise on how to get onto My Bron Afon if you’re struggling.
1. What’s the best way to access My Bron Afon portal? Are you better using an app/our Bron Afon website or searching My Bron Afon on google?
I would recommend using the My Bron Afon app. Alternatively go to our main website and use the link there. Make sure the page shows the link below if you are using google to search for My Bron Afon https://bron-afon-live.panconnect.cloud/sg/ssp/login
2. I’ve used it before with my tenancy number but now I can’t sign in.
Did you click on the link ‘I used to sign in with my tenancy number’ you can then add your email and a new password.
If No, follow these instructions:
1 – On the login page click on the link ‘I used to sign in with my tenancy number’
2 – Enter your tenancy number in the field provided
3 – Put your old password in the password field
4- Click on Sign in
5 – At the next screen you should then be asked to enter your email and add a new password
Click on Continue
6 – Once you have done that the system should launch and you will be taken to the notifications screen.
If Yes, follow these instructions
If you have re-registered simply log in using your email and the new password. Ensure you are using this url: https://bron-afon-live.panconnect.cloud/sg/ssp/login
3. I’ve re-registered but I’m still having trouble and can’t log in?
You will need to register again.
1 – Click on Register
2 – You will be asked for your tenancy number, surname, DOB, and postcode. You will then be asked to confirm an email address and password. Make sure you make a note of what the password is you will use this when you log in.
3 – Once you have done this the system should launch and you will be taken to the notifications screen.
4. It’s still not working.
