How to pay your rent

You can use any one of these methods to pay your rent. If you have any questions or problems using any of them please call us on Freephone 0800 111 42 42 or 01633 620 111.

Direct Debit

Call us on Freephone 0800 111 42 42 or 01633 620 111 and we will send you a simple form. You can choose for your rent to paid on one of five days in the month. 

Use your swipe card 

You can use it in almost 60 outlets in Torfaen and 1000s across the UK. Look out for the PayPoint sign or you can pay at any Post Office.  All you have to do is hand your card and payment to the cashier and you will be given a receipt. 

You can also use your swipe card to pay on the telephone, internet and even by text message. Here are some easy instructions that all involve using the long number on the front of your card and a debit or credit card.

Telephone

Call 0844 557 8321 and pay using the number on your swipe card and a debit or credit card. You can call this number 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Internet 

Go to www.allpayments.net and follow the instructions. You will need your swipe card and a debit or credit card.

Text message 

Go to www.allpayments.net/textpay and register your swipe card, mobile number and debit or credit card and you will be able to pay by text.

By post 

You can post a cheque or postal order, paid to ‘Bron Afon Community Housing Ltd’, to:

Please make sure you include your account number on the back of your cheque or postal order.
