Easier Ways to Pay
Did you realise that you can still pay Bron Afon without the need to leave your home? If you have a credit or debit card you can either:
- Call the automated telephone payments line on 0845 8500 855 and follow the simple instructions to pay your rent.
- Visit Torfaen County Borough Council's website www.torfaen.gov.uk and follow the links on the left of the screen to Online Services.
All you'll need is your debit or credit card and the Housing Rent reference (as stated on the front of your Rent Card).
Because these services are operated by the Council, you are not only assured that the transactions are secure but you can also use them to pay the Council (e.g. Council Tax and invoices).
As an alternative, you can speak to a Customer Services Officer by calling 01495 766002 (8:00am to 6:00pm weekdays). They will be happy to process the payment for you.
