Bron Afon Community Housing in Torfaen is carrying out a telephone satisfaction survey. The registered social landlord has asked NEMS Market Research to contact 500 tenants to ask for their views.
Duncan Forbes, Chief Executive of Bron Afon Community Housing, said: “We want to reassure tenants that if they are called by this company it is genuine. They will explain clearly who they are and that the survey is anonymous. They will not ask for any personal information.
“We want to find out how well we are doing and the areas where we need to improve. But if any of our tenants are concerned at all they should call us on 0800 111 42 42.”
