Staff from Bron Afon will be out and about on a major door knocking exercise in Torfaen over the next few weeks.
The series of home visits to over 7000 Bron Afon tenants will take place from June 16 to July 24. This will be the first time that we have met the majority of our tenants since their homes transferred to us from Torfaen County Borough Council. Staff will be asking tenants to sign their new assured tenancy agreements and will explain to them their improved rights under Bron Afon as well as collecting any comments they may have about Bron Afon and the services they have used since Bron Afon became their landlord. Tenants will also have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have about the new agreements.
